Giant Panda Public Exhibitions


Informative panel displays were exhibited at the New Jade Plaza and the Taikoo City Plaza in February and March to educate the public about conservation

The Indo-Pacific Humpback Dolphin International Workshop

The Indo-Pacific Humpback Dolphin International Workshop was successfully held on 11th to 13th January 2001 in Middle Kingdom restaurant at Ocean Park. It was co-organized by Ocean Park Conservation Foundation (OPCF), Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department ( AFCD) and Swire Institute of Marine Science (SWIMS). There were over 50 participants around the world, including Chinese delegates and officials, scientists from United States, Canada, New Zealand, Taiwan, and delegates from Singapore, Thailand, along with the local green groups and government agencies. The declaration of the workshop was announced to the public on the 6th Conservation Day. It will be available in here soon.
