Public Awareness Programme 2003 Panda Promotion at the Western District Carnival
On December 28, 2003, the Western District Police Office organised the
Western District Carnival
to entertain underprivileged children in the area. The Society was invited to support the event by setting up a promotional booth with exhibition boards and leaflets, and encouraging children to learn about giant pandas through a new "Spot the Difference" game and giving away panda magnetic plates as souvenirs. Over 180 families visited the booth and participated in the game.
