30 Years of Taking Forward Conservation: Together for Asia’s Biodiversity

Ocean Park Conservation Foundation, Hong Kong (OPCFHK) has been committed to advocating, facilitating and participating in effective conservation of Asian wildlife, with an emphasis on Chinese white dolphins and giant pandas, as well as their habitats for the past 30 years.  We are organising a Hong Kong Island Flag Day on August 30, 2025. We aim to raise funds to support our efforts in the Hong Kong marine animal stranding response programme, scientific projects on local habitats, and local community education programmes.

This year marks our 30th anniversary, with the theme of " 30 Years of Taking Forward Conservation: Together for Asia’s Biodiversity ", our flag stickers showcase 15 carefully selected species that represent various ecosystems—aquatic, terrestrial, and aerial—serving as animal ambassadors. These species highlight impactful past funding projects aimed at promoting the vital importance of biodiversity.
